Type II: 13 lines inside zeroes, printed on normal and on phosphor coated paper.

Types
Types I and II Finland postage stamp types: types I and II Type I: black print (country name and denomination) having sharp, neat border. The stamp appears only with phosphorous coating.
Type II: black print with dotted border (raster). Exists both with and without phosphorous coating.

Types
Types I and II Finland Chemists society postage stamp types Both stamps slightly differ in pictured molecular structure on the left. The stamps are designed to produce a three dimensional effect when viewed together.
